During our 90 minutes together, I will listen deeply and do a detailed intake including tongue, pulse, dietary and other daily habits, from where, we will determine your unique Āyurvedic elemental constitution and assess imbalances. 

In the 30-minute follow-up visit, you will be provided a plan emphasizing diet and lifestyle to address imbalances, taking into account your goals, and begin the journey toward balance, health and healing. Imbalances have often developed over time, and it will take time to restore balance to the bodymind system. This is why, we recommend a package of 3 additional follow-up visits to support you in implementing the recommended new habits.

It’s important to note that with our current booking App, you’re not able to reschedule or cancel your appointment date nor time online. To do this, you will need to text or call our office to avoid being charged for your booked service. Please see policies below. Call (949) 735-5625 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. Due to the individualized nature of Ayurvedic treatments, we ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment within at least 24-hours for Therapeutic Body Treatments including Abhyanga, Sirodhara and External Bastis; and within 6-hours for Consultations including Ayurvedic and Nutritional Consultations. 

If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with the form of payment you used when booking the appointment. If we can fill your spot with a client on our wait list we will not charge you.

No-Show Policy

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.

Late Policy

If you are 10 or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our other clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed.
