Ayurveda is one of the oldest healing systems and holds a lot of wisdom that has proven the test of time, in fact, many of Ayurvedic therapies and understanding of human physiology and psychology are now being proven by modern science.

Ayurveda is a system of self-healing in the sense that it is a journey to return to balance and wholeness, and it is you, with the tools and guidance of an Ayurvedic Practitioner who must embark on that journey. Ayurveda is for you, if you’re willing to uncover your true essence and live in harmony with nature.

Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to balancing hormones during menopause by focusing on diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies. Herbs like Shatavari and Ashwagandha are commonly recommended to support hormonal balance, reduce hot flashes, and alleviate mood swings. Practices like yoga, meditation, and regular oil massages can also help in managing symptoms naturally.

Ayurveda suggests calming the nervous system with evening routines that include warm baths, herbal teas, and self-massage with warm oils such as sesame or almond. Incorporating these practices helps to ground the mind and body, promoting restful sleep, especially during hormonal changes.

Ayurveda advises eating seasonally and in alignment with your dosha to sustain energy and vitality. Fresh, whole foods, warm and cooked meals, and herbs. Regular meals and proper hydration are crucial, along with practices like yoga and adequate rest to maintain sustained energy levels.

We want you to be satisfied with Ayurveda Woman’s herbal products and affiliate products. If you're not satisfied with one of our herbal products for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To make a return, please email us to let us know which product you will be returning and why so we can continue to improve our customer experience, thank you. Once we receive your return by mail, we will refund your money back to the form of payment you used when purchasing it.

We do not reimburse shipping costs and apologize for the inconvenience.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We hope that you will understand that certain types of items cannot be returned because they are personalized these include our digital Cleanse Programs and the herbs included herein. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at lala.ayurveda@gmail.com

Yes, if you live in the area and/or would like to stop by my office in Makawao on Maui, we can arrange for you to pick up a product order there of a minimum $60. Please call or email us to place your order and arrange for a time to pick it up.

One-on-one services

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. Due to the individualized nature of Ayurvedic treatments, we ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment within at least 24-hours for Therapeutic Body Treatments including Abhyanga, Sirodhara and External Bastis; and within 6-hours for Consultations including Ayurvedic and Nutritional Consultations. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with the form of payment you used when booking the appointment. If we can fill your spot with a client on our wait list we will not charge you. Call (949) 735-5625 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.

If you are 10 or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our other clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed.
