5-Day Ayurvedic Cleanse Retreat

Immerse yourself in an Ayurvedic lifestyle on the Garden isle of Kauai at a secluded sanctuary

After the confusion for the past few years, is your soul craving to be in an uplifted and elevated setting with other incredible women to transform and reconnect to a deeper purpose and meaning in a tropical setting?! Mine is! 

I’ve invited a few amazing female friends and teachers to share their gifts and have created a retreat for you to cleanse and immerse yourself in daily yogic practices to release what no longer serves you and open to new dimensions of greater health and more joy. 

This retreat is for you if you’re committed to taking a 5 day break in natural surroundings to allow yourself that breathing room and spaciousness, and limit the amount of digital engagement to unwind your nervous system and reconnect with deeper aspects of your being. 

Daily, we will eat simple yet deeply nourishing and cleansing meals, practice self-care and beauty, yoga asanas, meditation, pranayam, and rituals to commune with nature. 

This is an intimate experience with limited registration.

The retreat package includes

- Daily yoga asana, pranayam and meditation

- All meals – organic and locally sourced produce

- A 60 min authentic Ayurvedic oil massage at the spa

- Digestive and cleansing herbs, tailored to you

- Daily massage oil

- Enema kit

Airfare is not included in the retreat investment.

6:00 am – Tea 

6:15 – 7:00 am – Meditation and rituals

7:00 – 8:30 am – Pranayam and yoga asana

9:00 – 10:00 am – Breakfast

11:00 – 1:00 pm – Spa treatments

1:30 – 2:30 pm – Lunch or Spa treatments

3:00 – 5:00 pm – Ayurvedic self-care and cleansing practices

5:30 – 6:30 pm – Dinner

7:00 – 7:30 pm – Yoga Nidra
