My name is Lala Naidu, the founder of Ayurveda Woman, Ayurvedic Doctor and a board certified Massage Therapist. I reside in Makawao on Maui where I have an active practice supporting women to align with nature and natural rhythms through nutrition, herbal medicine, breath, body therapies and meditation.
I absolutely love what I do – it is an honor and a privilege to connect with women in deep and intimate ways in a therapeutic setting. My specialties are daily self-care and nurture and I’ve dedicated my life to supporting modern women cultivate more and better self-care to then more gracefully move through the different life stages.
Through the tools of Ayurveda, I guide women on the journey of self-healing.

My background
I’ve worked in the wellness industry since 2004, managing and owning nutrition-focused businesses, worked for a decade as a private chef, catered and facilitated retreats and competed in fitness with the common thread of feeling good in body and mind, however, Ayurveda’s foundational focus of living in alignment with our divine nature is my only aim. I’m also part of the teaching faculty at the California College of Ayurveda where I mentor students.
