How to use
Stir 1 teaspoon of Liver & Bowel Cleanser powder into 8 oz of filtered water, drink right away as it will thicken as it sits. It is very important to stay well-hydrated while taking this product to support it moving through with ease. Take for up to 14 days, 1-2 per day, 1 hour away from food, as part of a seasonal cleanse, mild detox, or for occasional constipation.
